The Chapel Hill Homeowners Association is community of residents working together with elected Officers, Board of Directors, and Committee Chair Members to protect community and residential property values.

We encourage neighborly cooperation and actively support open lines of communications between residents and the Board to create neighborhood awareness for the safety and peace of mind of all residents.  Residents are encouraged to create a member account to view reports and documents restricted to documented residents of the Chapel Hill HOA.

Residents and members of the Chapel Hill Community elected Officers and Board Members to effectively carry out the duties and responsibilities of the posts defined by the Homeowner Agreement with transparency, responsiveness, and accountability.

What’s Coming Next?

This Website will be the community heart beat for residents and an active resource for the Chapel Hill Community providing means of cross communications between all residents and the Officers, Directors, and Community Leaders for the Association.  This active community resource will be updated frequently with ongoing community projects, events, celebrations, and local businesses.

For the purpose of Homeowner’s Association Transparency, this interactive resource will provide access to association business expense reports,
financial records, and summary reports and transcripts of meeting minutes for Registered Members of the Chapel Hill Homeowner’s Association.
