is Our Mission
The Chapel Hill Homeowners Association is community of residents working together with elected Officers, Board of Directors, and Committee Chair Members to protect community and residential property values.
We encourage neighborly cooperation and we actively support open lines of communications between Residents and the Board of Directors to create neighborhood awareness for the safety and peace of mind of all residents.
Residents are encouraged to create a member account to view reports and documents restricted to documented residents of the Chapel Hill HOA.

The Chapel Hill HOA Website is the community heart beat for residents and an active resource for the Chapel Hill Community. It provides a means of cross communications between all residents and the Officers, Directors, and Community Leaders for the Association.

The purpose of the Website is to create a residents database which is the cornerstone to access to HOA documents, and to document transactions, events and community activity to the community.
